This artwork is known as, papel amate. The cultures of pre-Hispanic Mexico used it in parties and ceremonies. This tradition is ongoing in San Pablito, Pahuatlán, Puebla, which is an Otomi community.

Had to share some food photography. These are known as cemitas, a very popular sandwich from Puebla.
